Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order depends on the payment method that a customer originally chose at the time of making a payment. Following are the cancellation methods for orders placed through different payment methods, provided the products have not been shipped already:

  • Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Cheque Deposit, Cash Deposit, Cash on Delivery: If the customer had used any of these options for making payment at the time of purchase, (s) he will need to write to our Customer Support at info@healthsparkle.com within 48 hours of completing the payment.  The mail will need to be followed up with a confirmation call to our Customer Care Number XXXXXXXXXX immediately after writing to Customer Support.

Orders can be cancelled only if the procedure mentioned above has been followed by the customer, and also if the ordered products have not been shipped already.  An order cannot be cancelled also if the order consisted of multiple products and a part of those products have been already shipped.

Once the cancellation of an order is accepted by us, we shall refund the amount within 7 (seven) working days through NEFT to the account from which the customer had paid for the original order.  No other form of refund shall be entertained.

Refund

Amount paid by a customer will be refunded as mentioned below:

  • Cancellation by Customer:  When a customer cancels an order, subject to the conditions and procedure mentioned above.
  • Damaged Product:  In the unlikely event that the ordered products are found to be damaged at the time of delivery, the customer can ask for a refund by writing to us at info@healthsparkle.com within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product. We shall call the customer for confirmation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT  the amount paid by the customer within 7 (seven) working days.  No other form of refund can be entertained.  The customer can also opt for a replacement (in which case the question of refund will not arise), or opt for a gift coupon of equivalent amount in lieu of the refund.  The coupon can be used on our site by the customer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of the coupon.
  • Delivery Issue:  If the customer does not receive the ordered item(s) within 12 (twelve) days from the date of placing the order, a refund can be claimed by writing to our Customer Care at info@healthsparkle.com.  We shall call the customer for confirmation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT the amount paid by the customer within 7 (seven) working days.  No other form of refund can be entertained.  The customer can also opt for a gift coupon of equivalent amount in lieu of the refundThe coupon can be used on our site by the customer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of the coupon.
  • Cancellation by HealthSparkle.com: HealthSparkle.com may, at times, be required to cancel an order or a part of an order, due to, though not limited to, reasons such as unavailability of the ordered product, change in price, change or inaccuracy in product information, Force Majeure conditions, etc.  In such cases we shall call the customer and / or write to him / her to inform about the cancellation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT  the amount paid by the customer within 7 (seven) working days.  No other form of refund can be entertained.
