Returns Policy

Pramod Online Ventures believes in extending the utmost convenience and satisfaction to its customers, and has therefore devised an extremely liberal cancellation policy.

The Terms and Conditions of the policy are outlined below:

  • Cancellations will be entertained only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order and if we have not already dispatched the goods.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Pramod Online Ventures marketing team has obtained on special occasions at special rates for occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Christmas,and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • Pramod OnlineVentures does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items which have a limited shelf life such as like flowers, eatables etc.


Cancellation/Returns will not be allowed for certain products for Hygiene reasons or under the following conditions:

  • Damages due to misuse or improper usage of product
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any consumable item which has already been used or installed
  • For personal hygiene reasons in order to eliminate the possibility of infections to our customers and contamination, items such as Toilet, Toilet seats, and Personal care products such as opened adult diaper packs are non–returnable.
  • Consumables such as Nutrition products,Proteins, Vitamins and Diabetic supplements: Products in this category are NOT eligible for returns
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer or vendor’s warranty for that product
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s)delivered
  • Any product which is tampered with and has been damaged in the process, will not be returned.


Return & Refund Policy

Though we ensure utmost care when the products are shipped, there could still be certain cases beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace such products to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product,kindly get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process and modalities for the same at our Customer Service email - info@healthsparkle.com.
The return process of the product will be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.


Conditions for return:

  • Kindly notify us of the receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery of the product at your shipping address.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED and not tampered with.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the goods in transit.
  • A few specific products being offered by our Partners may have a different Returns policy. Please check at the time of Purchase.
  • Please note that unless the products are faulty or damaged, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an unlikely occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.


The Returns Process

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

  • Please mail us at info@healthsparkle.comgiving the order no. and the reason you would like to return it.
  •  We will inform you when the return pickup will be done by our Logistics partner.
  •  Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels, tags and invoice attached.
  •  Please cover your address label with the health sparkle.com address found on your delivery note.
  •  Please retain your courier receipt safely as you will need this as your proof of returns.


The Returns Process for a Faulty /Wrong Item

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message at info@healthsparkle.com,informing us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’),along with the name/product code of the item and the details of the problem mentioned, so that we may investigate the case for you. This must be done within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of the product. 
Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in the Returns section.

We will examine the faulty product and revert back with information of what refund you will be entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time. We can, alternatively offer you a free replacement of the product.

Refunds:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Pramod OnlineVentures.or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the original order.·        

  • Orders paid by credit / debit card will be refunded by credit back to the same credit / debit card within 7 working days of the processing completed.
  • Orders paid via Internet banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account within 7 working days of the returns process being completed.
  • Deleted
  • Full refund will be made in case replacement is not possible.
